We collect information you provide when applying — full name, contact details, education, work history, portfolio links, technical skills, cover letter and CV. We also collect payment reference details (M-Pesa transaction code and phone number) when you set up your cloud workspace.
Your information is used to evaluate your application, provision your cloud workspace, schedule your technical assessment and interview, and communicate with you about roles and opportunities.
We may share your application with prospective employers within our hiring network only after you have accepted the SUMMITROCK terms. We never sell your personal data.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised staff and revoked when no longer needed.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@summitrockcareers.com.
